Cookies & analytics
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies, and shows no cookie consent banner — because none is required.
We measure visits with Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first tool hosted in the European Union. Plausible does not use cookies, does not store any personal data, and does not track you across websites or devices. All statistics are anonymous and aggregated (for example: number of visits, most-viewed pages, country, referring site). It is not possible to identify an individual visitor from this data.
Any strictly necessary cookies used to make the site function (if any) do not require consent under the ePrivacy rules.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising. We use a small number of trusted service providers (data processors) who act only on our instructions:
- MailerLite — to deliver our newsletter and manage subscriptions.
- Plausible Analytics (EU-hosted) — anonymous, cookieless visit statistics only.
Within the project, access to personal data is restricted to the WP5 leader and the relevant partner focal points. Personal data may be processed by other ERCULES consortium partners strictly for project communication purposes, under the same protections described here.
How long we keep it
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe (you can do so from any email at any time).
- Contact enquiries: for as long as needed to handle your request, then deleted.
- Event and project records: retained for 5 years after the end of the project (the project runs to March 2030), as required by the EU funding rules, then deleted.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting processing already carried out). To exercise any of these rights, contact us at mmo@intenz.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority. In Denmark this is Datatilsynet (datatilsynet.dk).
