Shaping the future of sales

European Centre of Excellence for Sales Skills and Business Development. Connects education, business and research to close the skills gap in modern sales.

WHY COVE SALES MATTERS

The skills gap in sales is widening

Across Europe, there is a growing mismatch between the competences companies need and the sales training currently offered by vocational and higher education systems. Digital tools, Artificial Intelligence, sustainability requirements and changing customer expectations are reshaping the sales profession. Education has not kept pace.

Cove Sales addresses this gap by building a shared European skills ecosystem that connects education, research and companies to modernise sales learning and practice.

WHAT WE DO

Cove Sales is structured around six interconnected areas of work that together form one integrated European programme. Each area contributes to building a shared and forward-looking sales skills ecosystem.
